David is a Principal Investigator at the Center for Aging Research at Cinvestav South Campus, Mexico. He employs bioinformatic and molecular biology techniques to investigate the role of histone and RNA epigenetic modifications in age-related diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders. Passionate about precision medicine, David develops RNA-based diagnostics for early detection of these diseases. As head of the Epi Aging Lab, he fosters a collaborative research environment to advance our understanding of aging and its underlying epigenomic mechanisms.
