My work has been focused on the levels and placental transport of folate and vitamin B12 and the relationship with maternal obesity. I want to focus on the maternal micronutrients' status and their effects on Mother-Placenta-Fetus, the first 1000 days, DOHaD, and the Double Burden of Malnutrition during pregnancy.
