Mi nombre es Noé Santiago Alavez Pérez, tengo la licenciatura en médico cirujano egresado de la FES Iztacala de la UNAM en 1995, hice la maestría en neurofarmacología y terapéutica experimental egresado del CINVESTAV en 2006 y maestría en tecnologías aplicadas a la educación egresado de la universidad del Tepeyac en 2022. Soy profesor titular A con 30 horas de base en la Escuela Nacional de Medicina y Homeopatía del Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
