MORENO VILLALOBOS, PABLO

Pablo Moreno received the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma (UNAM), Mexico City, Mexico, in 1985, the M.S.E.E. degree from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Monterrey, Mexico in 1989, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Washington State University, Pullman, WA, USA in 1997. From 1985 to 1994 he was with the Instituto de Investigaciones Electricas (Institute of Electrical Research), México, involved in the study of power line carrier systems, electromagnetic transients, lightning and low and high frequency interference from transmission lines and power electronic equipment. In 1998, Dr. Moreno joined the Faculty of the Centro de Investigacion y de Estudios Avanzados (Center for Research and Advanced Studies), Guadalajara, Mexico. His research interests involve wave propagation, transients in electric and electronic systems and electromagnetic compatibility.
