HOUSNI, FATIMA EZZAHRA

She holds a PhD in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Food and Nutrition from the Institute for Research in Food Behavior and Nutrition (IICAN) at the Centro Universitario del Sur of the University of Guadalajara. She is currently a research professor at the University of Guadalajara and a member of the Institute for Research in Food Behavior and Nutrition (IICAN). Her research focuses on sustainable diets, nutrition and environmental research, calculation of dietary water and carbon footprints, assessment of food consumption and diet quality, food security and vulnerability, and nutritional transition.
