GALVAN VELA, ESTHELA

Full-time Professor-Researcher at CETYS University. She holds a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences, a Master's degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Strategic Administration, a Master's degree in Academic Communication, and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses. She is a Level 1 member of the National Researchers System of CONAHCYT (National Council of Science and Technology) and has published 35 high-impact scientific articles in JCR and SCOPUS indexed international journals since 2018. She has contributed to more than 10 book chapters in publishers such as Tirant, Comares, and Colofón. She is an invited reviewer for various journals in repositories like Inderscience, Elsevier, Nature, among others. She serves as an associate editor for the journal 'Humanities and Social Sciences Communications,' classified as JCR Q2. She has also been an editor for Special Issues in JCR Q1 and Q2 journals such as 'Management Decision' and 'Management Development.' She is a member of research networks, including the International University Network for Happiness at the University of Cádiz, Spain, and the IGOMSOH network at the Salesian Polytechnic University of Ecuador. She has supervised numerous doctoral and master's degree theses. Since 2018, she has received over 1,100 citations on Google Scholar, with an I10 index of 14 and an H-index of 15. She was awarded the Consolidated Researcher recognition by CETYS University's system in the field of business studies in 2021, 2022 and 2023. She is a certified business consultant by CONOCER. Her research interests include intrapreneurship, workplace happiness, organizational climate, and employee behavior elements.
