MORALES RUAN, MARIA DEL CARMEN

Carmen Morales Ruán is nutritionist, whit as graduated in Master in Health Sciences with Concentration Area in Nutrition from the School of Public Health of Mexico (ESPM). She is a researcher for the Center for Evaluation and Surveys Research at the National Institute of Public Health (INSP). She is member of the National Researchers System for the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). Carmen has published articles on nutrition in refereed journals.Her areas of interest include the magnitude and distribution of nutritional status, micronutrient nutrition, food insecurity, evaluation of nutrition and health programs, obesity prevention policy, health promotion, and prevention of childhood obesity.
