Laura Silvia Vargas-Pérez. She received her B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technological Institute of San Luis Potosí, México, in 1987, her M. Sc. in Electronic Computation degree from the Center for Computing Research of the National Polytechnic Institute IPN of Mexico in 2006, and Ph.D. in Projects from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, México, in 2018. She is currently a Full Professor and Senior Researcher at the Technological Institute of Ciudad Madero ITCM, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Professor with Desirable Profile of the National Technological of México TECNM. Her research interests are Software Engineering, Software Quality, Educative Software, and Information Technology.
