Funded by the National Institutes of Health, I began as a first-cohort student, advanced to faculty, and last year served as Co-PI.
28 years of experience as a professor. He has given lectures and attended conferences in the USA, Mexico, Honduras, Panama, Cuba, Grenada, Peru, Argentina, Greece, and Portugal. He has been a guest professor at various public and private universities.
His academic publications include works on topics in bioethics and the law in Mexico, including research ethics committees, palliative care, confidentiality of personal data, and human rights in Mexican constitutional law.
