25 years of experience in development projects and implementation of quality management systems, training and development of human capital, 10 years of experience in project management of Applied Research and Administration of Federal Funds. I have specialty in evaluation of educational programs before organizations recognized by COPAES and CIEES. I have participated as an evaluator of the National Quality Award for 15 years. My professional activity has allowed me to combine my administration and management activities in recent years, with academic teaching and research activities. I aspire to a position focused on maximizing human capital to contribute to the development and consolidation of the model of professional competences in Education in Mexico.
