Nadia María Salgado-Herrera received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH) in 2016, the Bs. And M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, Michoacán, México, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. She has worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Escocia, UK (01/09/2017-31/08/2018). She is currently a research Titular A at the Instituto de Energías Renovables - Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Her research areas include Power electronics, Power Quality and Renewable energy.
