MORENO RODRIGUEZ, ERNESTINA

Dra. Ernestina Moreno Rodriguez serves as a full professor in the Department of Environmental Chemical Engineering, Food, and the University of the Americas Puebla. In 2013 she received a Doctorate of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Mexico City, Mexico. During the 2011-2012 period she was part of the research staff of the Mexican Petroleum Institute, conducting the study, monitoring chemical processes through electrochemical noise signals. Dra. Moreno completed graduate studies, Master of Science in Chemical Engineering (2007), the Technological Institute of Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico. Dra. Moreno earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at the Universidad Veracruzana (2003). In 2002 she participated as an intern at the Mexican Institute of Petroleum in the Engineering Project. Dra. Moreno is the author of scientific publications in international refereed journals and national conferences. She has taught courses Chemical Reactors, Systems Biological Remediation of Contaminated Soils, Cogeneration Systems, Maintenance Systems in the Oil, Thermodynamics Industry, Balance of Matter and Energy, Quality Engineering, and Ergonomics, among others, both at Bachelor level Master's degree. Her research is focused on the area of Optimization, Chemical Process Monitoring, and Separation Equipment.
