Dania Gutiérrez is Associate Professor of the Center for Research and Advanced Studies (Cinvestav), Monterrey's Unit, as well as its current Academic Secretary.
Her research lines are in the area of statistical signal processing, in particular: biomedical signal processing, array signal processing, solving the neuroelectric inverse problem with electroencephalographic (EEG) and magnetoencephalographic (MEG) data, beamforming and its applications in EEG/MEG signal processing, EEG signal processing for brain-computer interfaces, neurocognition, and analysis of heart rate variability in the adult and fetus.
