I am a researcher in the field of dynamics and control systems. I was born in Oaxaca, Mexico. I received the B.Sc. degree (with honors) in electronic engineering from Technological Institute of Oaxaca, Mexico in 1999, the M.Sc. degree (with honors) from the Center for Scientific Research and Higher Education of Ensenada (CICESE) in 2001, and the Docteur Ingenieur degree from Université de Paris Sud-11, Orsay, France in 2006. I held postdoctoral positions at Laboratoire des Signaux et Systèmes (France), University of Groningen and Eindhoven University of Technology. I am currently at the Faculty of Sciences, Autonomous University of Baja California (Mexico)
