Alejandro I. Barranco Gutiérrez (IEEE M’00) received his BS (2003) degree in Telematics from UPIITA of Instituto Politecnico Nacional, Mexico. He received his MS (2002) degree in Mechatronics from CICATA-IPN (México) and Meijo University (Japan). He also received his PhD degree (2010) in Advanced Technology from CICATA-IPN, Mexico.
He was professor at ICEL University (2006-2011), México. He was also assistant professor (2008-2014) at Tláhuac Institute of Technology (CDMX).
