PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guanajuato (2018 to 2022), carrying out the research work entitled: Kinematic analysis of human gait under various extrinsic conditions using computer vision techniques. In this research work we are involved in issues related to kinematics, analysis and synthesis of mechanisms, dynamics, artificial vision, 3D reconstruction, motion capture systems, biomechanics, joint physiology, anthropometry, ergonomics, knee prosthesis and orthosis design, and in a very specific way with the study and cinematographic analysis of healthy and pathological human gait, under various extrinsic conditions, through artificial vision. Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Luis Potosí (2008-2010), where the research project titled Analysis and characterization of human gait for the synthesis of a transfemoral mechanism for leg prosthesis was carried out. Electrical Mechanical Engineer from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (1993-1998), where the project for the automation of a material feeding and inspection process was carried out, using a micro-plc as Reception Work.
Currently, a full-time Research Professor in the Mechanical and Electrical Area of the Faculty of Engineering of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. Areas of interest and lines of research: Biomechanics, artificial vision, kinematics, industrial automation, robotics, Industry 4.0 (IoT) and engineering education.
