Philosopher, essayist, and researcher whose work explores the intersections of language, embodiment, and experience, drawing on phenomenology, feminist theory, and contemporary approaches to cognition. She holds a PhD in Philosophy and an MA in Critical Theory from Kingston University London, and a BA in History from UNAM. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Centro de Investigaciones Interdisciplinarias en Ciencias y Humanidades (CEIICH–UNAM) and a visiting fellowship in Applied Phenomenology at the Danish Institute for Advanced Studies (DIAS), University of Southern Denmark (SDU), where she worked on movement, embodied cognition, and aesthetic practices.
A second strand of her research explores philosophy of history, with particular attention to the historical construction of concepts, traditions, and forms of historical consciousness.
As an educator, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses, seminars, and workshops at institutions including UNAM, Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana, Instituto Mora, and Kingston University — a sustained teaching practice that runs alongside, and feeds directly into, her research.
In 2024, she became a member of Mexico's National System of Researchers (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, SNI).
Alongside her academic work, she collaborates with Colectivo TACo (Transdisciplina, Arte y Cognición), a practice-based collective working at the intersection of live arts, embodied epistemologies, and transdisciplinary methodology. She also writes as an essayist, with publications in Nexos, Revista de la Universidad de México, Fil&Co, and other cultural and academic venues. Her current project is a book-length philosophical essay on silence.
