1983 - Mexico city, Mexico. He's PhD Bioclimatic Architecture by the Autonomous Metropolitan University. He's full-time professor-researcher at the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Design of the Autonomous University of Baja California and has PRODEP profile. He's National System of Researchers member in Mexico and leader of the UABC-CA-300 research group: Architecture, Environment and Energy. He's co-author of the Bioclimatic Analysis Tool (BAT) together with PhD Víctor Fuentes-Freixanet. He has developed thermal comfort models for indoors with the adaptive and predictive approaches. He has experience in research projects since 2011 and has published research articles, books and book chapters. He has participated in regional, national and international conferences on topics related to Architecture and the Environment.
