I hold a PhD in Political Philosophy (UAM-Iztapalapa, Mexico), and have a lively interest in Legal Philosophy, Political Philosophy and Legal Reasoning. Most of my works are devoted to German Legal Philosophy after 1945, Political Philosophy and Punishment, and, finally, Legal Reasoning and Proportionality. I am also a translator of several papers concerning the Legal Philosophy of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, Gustav Radbruch, Hans Kelsen and Robert Alexy. I am today a Full-time Professor of Legal Theory and Legal Philosophy at UAM-Azcapotzalco in Mexico City.
