I am a chemist by training, specializing in Materials Science and Engineering, with more than ten years of experience focused on the design and synthesis of nanostructured ceramic materials and biomaterials. My goal is to apply my knowledge of chemistry, engineering, and biology to the design of materials with biomedical applications since, by interacting with these areas, I can control the physicochemical parameters to obtain nanostructured materials and the combination of these with biocompatible polymers. I have the ability and knowledge to adapt different methods of synthesis of nanomaterials, always with a vision of biomedical application. I am Interested in advancing research in biomedical materials or contributing to innovative solutions in materials science.
