I received the B.Eng. degree in communications and electronics, the M.Eng. in electrical engineering (Digital Systems and Instrumentation) from the University of Guanajuato, and the Ph.D. in optics from the Research Center in Optics (CIO), in 2001, 2004 and 2020, respectively. In the industry, I held the positions of project developer and technology researcher (INFOMAP, 1998-2000), and microwave manager (MVS Multivision & DISH Mexico, 2004-2014). My research is focused on the processing of analog, digital and optical signals (telecommunications, design of microprocessors, microcontrollers and DSPs, and fiber optic sensors). The articles published in journals with rigorous arbitration, in the area of optics, fiber optic sensors, laser technology and light waves, have been the product of the scientific research that I have carried out, of fiber optic sensors Fabry- Perot , and the interrogation technique developed to calculate the refractive index, the relative humidity, and the temperature of a liquid, based on signal processing and Fourier analysis.
