Full-time Professor at Misantla Technological Institute since 2017, assigned to the petroleum engineering department and the Postgraduate Program in Science and Engineering (Master's and Ph.D. Programs). The research aligns with the rational use of natural resources like supplementary cementitious materials, oil, and gas flow assurance in wells, carbon capture and storage, and polymeric waste recovery. Several bachelor and postgraduate theses have been developed. I´ve participated as a reviewer of technical and scientific journals like Revista de Ciencias Tecnológicas, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Geomechanics & Engineering, Revista ITEKNE, as well as editor of the Proceedings of the Congreso Internacional de Ingenierías.
