MUNIZ CANOVAS, PABLO

Pablo Muniz is Ph.D. in Optics Science with particular interest in Fiber Optics and Lasers. Previously, Pablo counted with 16 years of experience in areas as diverse as Location Technology, Logistics, GPS Navigation & Tracking, Digital Mapping, Wireless Communications and Solution Selling. Trough these years, Pablo has had the opportunity to serve in several different markets and areas related with Information Technologies. In summary, and his career can be divided in three stages: (1) Location and business intelligence solutions for industry and enterprise segments in three different companies: MapInfo (1997-2001), T-Systems (2001-2005) and NAVTEQ (2006-2007), (2) Navigation and location devices for massive markets in Nokia L&C (2011-2012) and Garmin (2012-2013), and (3) A recently developed career path focused in fiber optics technologies, with particular interest in Fiber Optics Lasers, which is currently in development in Optical Research Center (CIO) in Leon, Mexico (from 2016 up to date).
