Born in Macuspana, Tabasco, Mexico on May 2, 1969. Since 1996, he has been Professor of Physics at the Universidad Juárez Autonoma de Tabasco (UJAT) located in the state of Tabasco, Mexico. He studied Physics (1987-1991) at the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco. Later, he is Master of Sciences in Applied Physics (1994-1997) and Doctor in Sciences in Theoretical Physics (1998-2003), both at the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (CINVESTAV-IPN). National Researcher level 1 of CONACYT.
