Claudia Marina Vicario Solórzano is a research professor at the National Polytechnic Institute (Mexico) and member of the National System of Researchers (Mexico) focused on the epistemology of educational informatics and socio-cybernetics. Coordinates the Mexican Thematic Network for the Development and Incorporation of Educational Technology (Red LaTE México), as well as the EdTech Group in MetaRedTIC México (Ibero-American Network financed by Universia Santander), focused on public and institutional policies in this matter. As Coordinator of the Educational Computing and Sociocybernetics Group of the IPN itself, she focuses on the technological development of educational resources in extended reality. He is also a member of the Mexican Academy of Engineering as part of its Board of Directors.
