Mario Vázquez Maguirre is an Associate Professor of Management and Social Entrepreneurship in the Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM). He received his M.Sc. in Economics and Public Policy from Tecnológico de Monterrey and his Ph.D. in Management from EGADE Business School. His research focuses on social entrepreneurship, indigenous social enterprises and sustainable development, humanistic management, and corporate social responsibility. He has documented cases of Indigenous Social Enterprises in Latin America and published his findings in leading journals and book chapters.
