Dr. Ricardo Rosales is a Professor-Researcher at the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC) in the Faculty of Accounting and Administration (FCA). He is a member of the National System of Researchers (CONAHCYT) of Mexico at Level 1.

Doctorate in Administrative Sciences from the UABC. He is the Coordinator of the Computer Science area and the technological infrastructure area of ​​the FCA-UABC. Bachelor's and Postgraduate degree in management, innovation, ICT and Complexity. He has been Research Project Manager for CONAHCYT-UABC-Private Sector in technological development projects. He has worked in the private sector as an Engineer in the telecommunications area; He has also worked in government agencies and departments, specifically in areas of Information Technology. His areas of interest are Complexity, Knowledge Management and Innovation, Complexity Management, Educational Innovation, Simulation, Complex Adaptive Systems, Multiagent Systems and Human-Computer Interaction.
