PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Graduated from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado. More than 20 years of teaching experience in prestigious universities such as: Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez in Cd. Juárez Chihuahua México, Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Ciudad Juárez, Colorado State University in Fort Collins Co. USA, Technological Institute of Tláhuac II in CDMX. He has professional experience in both the public and private sectors, including: Industrial Engineer at the Chrysler company, EDIASA plant in Cd. Juárez. Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer for the SIEMENS company in Cd. Juárez, Head of the Postgraduate Studies and Research Division at the Technological Institute of Ciudad Juárez, Subdirector of Administrative Services at the Technological Institute of La Laguna, Founding Director of the Technological Institute of Tláhuac II and Undersecretary of Education, Culture and Sports in the North Zone of the Government of the State of Chihuahua. Among the subjects he has taught at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels are: Production and Operations Management, Simulation, Engineering Economics, Operations Research, Quantitative Models, Research Seminar I, II and III and Computer Aided Design. He has participated as a speaker in various national and international congresses with the conferences: Concurrent Engineering, Simulation of Manufacturing Systems, 3D Modeling, Metaheuristics in Business Management and Metaheuristics: A Strategy for Improvement in the Supply Chain. He has also taught training courses for officials and managers such as: Simulation, Line Balancing, Statistical Quality Control (SPC), Conformation and Integration of High Performance Teams and Research Seminar.
