LAMAS HUERTA, PATRICIA ALEJANDRA

Doctor in Higher Education Management from the University of Guadalajara. She is a specialist in Teaching Competencies from the National Pedagogical University. Master of Science in Mathematics Teaching and Graduate in Mathematics from the University of Guadalajara. She was recognized by SECIHTI (CONAHCYT) as a candidate for the National System of Researchers in 2025. She is currently a Higher Education Professor, Full-Time Professor and Researcher at the Center of Industrial and Technical Education (CETI) and instructor of extracurricular entrepreneurship workshops at CETI Plantel Colomos since 2022. She is responsible for the Entrepreneurship Program at CETI Plantel Colomos since year 2022. She is a member of the Academia Jalisciense de Ciencias and at CETI Higher Education, in the Engineering Level in the Mathematics Academy in the areas of Probability and Statistics, Design of Experiments and Time Series, Calculus since 2017. Intrapreneur and entrepreneur, she participates in networking events such as Web3 Founders Cities 2025, Impact Route 2024, FUN Movement Mexico, REDI GDL, RETO Zapopan, Inspira A.C, ESMEX, IJALTI IT Talks, PROSOCIEDAD, RETO Maker 2023, GDL 2030-Enjambre Route Program 2023, BNI, 10,000 women for Mexico, Global Mentoring Walk. She is CoFounder of CycloFant a Social Company whose value is in educating childhood and basic schools on environmental consciousness and recycling. She is a member of the Social Business Creation Competition she was part of the SBC Learning Expedition 2025 and was Awarded with two personal prices "SBC Most Impactful Educator 2024 Award" and "SBC Most Entrepreneurial Journey 2024 Award" at the Hautes Études Commerciales (HÉC) Montreal, Canada, 2024 edition and Nominee for the 3rd round as Growth-Oriented Social Business Award among the 30% top regional of living labs 2024. She is a member of ToastMasters International where she was been judge of several international contests. She has participated as a speaker in international and national conferences, meetings and research colloquiums on several occasions. She has publications in international and national magazines. She carried out two research stays at the University of Montréal, a long stay in 2021 in the Department of Administration and Research Foundations and a short stay in 2019 in the Interdisciplinary Research and Higher Education Laboratory. Her main lines of research are in Policies to promote entrepreneurship in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Management and processes, Structures and organizational behaviors of HEIs in addition to having worked on follow-up studies of graduates and employers supported by certified personnel from UNACH and AIESVE. She has collaborated with the University of Guadalajara (UdeG), teaching a preparatory course for the Doctorate in Higher Education Management in 2023, as well as with the Institute for the Development and Technology of Small and Medium Enterprises (IDITPYME) of the CUCEA in 2018, with the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) with the Entrepreneurship Academy of the CEANI Department, on several occasions at the Sustainable Entrepreneurship Meeting in 2022 and 2023 and with the Department of Educational Research and Innovation in 2021. She collaborated in the Curricular Reform at CETI from 2014-2016 and the incorporation to National Baccalaurate System from 2012-2014. She served as Career Accreditation Lead for CACEI in 2006-2010. She coordinated the Technologist Level Mathematics Academy, Plantel Colomos on several occasions teaching subjects of Differential and Integral Calculus, Intermediate Algebra, Matrix Algebra, Analytical Geometry and Trigonometry between 2000 to 2016.
