Fidel González Quiñones is a full-time research professor at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH). He has a degree in Information Sciences, an MBA in Human Resources and another in Marketing, as well as a Ph.D. in Social Journalism from the University of Seville. He is a data analyst with more than 15 years of experience as a lecturer and researcher and currently heads the Strategic Research Center of UACH, which develops interdisciplinary studies with individuals, companies, and state and federal government entities. It has various publications in scientific journals. Member of the Consolidated Academic Group 088 Information Studies. Member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) of Mexico from January 2020
