FIGUERAS ZANABRIA, VICTOR MANUEL

I hold a PhD in Politics from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Center for Economic Research and Teaching, and a full-time Professor-Researcher at the ICGDE-BUAP (University of Essex). I also coordinate graduate programs at BUAP, CIDE (Center for Economic Research and Development), and the Ibero-American University. My interests are government and public policy, always seeking to contribute to a government that is closer to the people (Open Government), more secure (social policies), and more responsible (public finance).
