Asghar Afshar Jahanshahi holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and currently serves as a Research Professor at IPADE Business School, Mexico. Before joining IPADE, he worked as a Visiting Professor at UDLAP University, Mexico, and as a full-time Professor at Tec de Monterrey. He previously held a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. In 2017, he joined CENTRUM Católica Graduate Business School, Pontifical Universidad Católica del Perú, as a Tenure-Track Associate Professor. Afshar's research focuses on entrepreneurship and strategy, with a particular emphasis on the behaviors of entrepreneurs, CEOs, and top management teams (TMTs) in newly established firms and SMEs.
