He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from Universidad Anáhuac, a Master’s in Educational Research and Development from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master’s in Statistics from Universidad Anáhuac, and a Master’s in Geographic Information Systems from ESRI Spain and Universidad Católica de Murcia. He earned a PhD in Educational Evaluation from Universidad Anáhuac México and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has served as an educational consultant for the Semper Altius School Network and was coordinator of the Interinstitutional Doctorate in Education at Universidad Iberoamericana (2018–2023). Since 2024, he has been Director of the Office for Educational Innovation at Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, as well as a visiting scholar at the University of Bath. His research focuses on learning assessment and the use of emerging technologies in education. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Mexican Council for Educational Research (COMIE, 2024–2025), part of the Mexican National System of Researchers (SNI), and Vice-President of the International Society for Dialogical Science (ISDS).
