I have a doctoral degree in agricultural sciences with an emphasis on ruminant nutrition. I have practical working experience in the day to day operations of raising sheep, beef and dairy cattle, hogs, rabbits and chickens including egg production. I have performed original laboratory animal nutrition research at North Carolina State University, University of California Davis and Colegio de Postgraduados Montecillos. I’m fluent in both Spanish and English.
I’m reliable, hardworking and methodical in all that I do.
