MARTINEZ CHACON, ARMANDO JESUS

Researcher affiliated with the Institute of Neuroethology at the University of Veracruz (UV), with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the UV and a PhD in Ecology and Natural Resource Management from the Institute of Ecology (INECOL-Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation). Member of the National System of Researchers (NSR-SECIHTI) since 2004 and with a profile within the Program for the Professional Development of Teachers (PRODEP-Secretariat of Public Education). Member of the core faculty of the Master's Program in Neuroethology and the PhD Program in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Veracruz. He develops multiple lines of research in functional ecology and interactions, food science, behavioral ecology, and neuropsychology, collaborating with researchers from UV, INECOL, UAM, CICESE-SECIHTI, the Institute of Ecology UNAM, Adams State University, the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Amherst, USA, and the Julius Kühn Institute, Germany, in a multidisciplinary manner.
