I am a quantitative ecologist. My main interest is in the application of statistics and mathematical modeling to the study of ecological processes.
My main focus has been on population ecology, where I have worked on an inverse problem: estimating vital rates from population structures and sizes.
However, I am also interested in applying my skills in other areas of ecology and thus I have collaborated in projects on ecophysiology, community, landscape and spatial ecology.
