Ayanwale Precious Ayodeji obtained his Ph.D. degree in Biological Chemical Science from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. He completed his master’s degree at the University of Ilorin in Nigeria and his Bachelor's degree at the same university where he received several awards. He has published several research articles with different journals and has attended several national and international conferences as well as serve as guest speaker at different conferences. He is a member of the American Chemical Society, and he also peer reviewed articles for scientific journals. He is a member of the editorial board for Journals of Biomaterials. Part of his research interest is in the development of antimicrobial agent against resistance bacterial and fungi using metal nanoparticles and mixed metal complexes (Nicotinamide, Metronidazole and Trimethropin). He also teaches physical chemistry courses at undergraduate level. He has about 10 years of experience in the synthesis and characterization of materials for various applications such as, in the study of antimicrobial agents based on metal, metal oxide, mixed metal oxide nanoparticles and metal-organic complexes, as well as the study of interactions between microbial strains and antimicrobial agents.
