AGUILAR DORANTES, KARLA MARIA

Karla M. Aguilar-Dorantes is a biologist from Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) and Ph.D. from the Institute of Ecology, AC in Xalapa, Veracruz, with a specialty in the ecology, ecophysiology, and conservation of vascular plants, in particularly interested in ferns. Currently, she is a researcher professor at the Center for Biodiversity and Conservation Research (CIByC) of the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM). Karla has been an advisor to undergraduate and graduate students. She is the author or co-author of publications in indexed journals and one book chapter, which have more than 100 citations. She has been a reviewer for differents journals. Karla teaches Botany, Plant Diversity, Biology, and Conservation for undergraduate and graduate programs.
