I´m a scientist who is passionate about vector-borne diseases. I have developed and optimized protocols for the study and surveillance of vector-borne infections as well as supported the execution of studies to establish insecticide resistance.
I´m an independent, proactive, innovative, problem solver who enjoys working in a team and individually when necessary. I´m experienced in both laboratory-bench techniques and in research the field.
I have been working in the area of Vector-Borne Disease for the last 10 years and I really enjoy strategically generating new evidence to defeat the world´s deadliest killer.
My goal is to learn and to become an expert on the factors that contribute to the dynamics of Vector-Borne Diseases.
