I hold a Doctorate in Business Sciences from Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus. I am member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico and hold the Candidate level, distinction awarded by the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation.
My research focuses on studying the working conditions and performance of researchers in higher education institutions. Since 2011, I have been teaching in undergraduate programs in the School of Economics and Business, at the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus.
