Researcher in the area of metabolism and stress biomarkers in organism health. I'm currently focused the biochemical interactions related to antioxidant response, blood metabolites and their relationship with the microbiota.
Biotechnology engineer, focus in identify and extraction bioactive compounds of natural sources. Experience in in vitro antioxidant techniques, enzimatics, biochemicals metabolites analyses, molecular biology techniques. Teaching skills in chemistry, biology, maths and nutrition.
