Basic management of molecular biology equipment and techniques such as DNA extraction, DNA amplification by means of PCR in thermocycler, visualization of amplified fragments in photodocumenting, quantification of DNA by means of Nanodrop and basic protocol of sending samples to sequence. Basic software management for molecular analysis, High capacity for counting, morphological and meristic analysis of invertebrates., processing and imaging of electron microscopy (SEM), for a detailed description of specific structures. It facilitates the systematic, phylogenetic work focused on biodiversity and conservation of natural and genetic resources.
