Dr. Francisca Angélica Elizalde Canales is a Professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Tulancingo (Mexico), where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science and Software Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in Optomechatronics, a Master's degree in Information Sciences and Knowledge Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Her research focuses on artificial intelligence in education, educational technology, software engineering, information security, cryptography, accessibility, and intelligent systems. She has participated in research projects involving machine learning, digital learning environments, software quality, chaos-based cryptography, and the application of artificial intelligence to sustainable development and precision agriculture.
Dr. Elizalde Canales has authored and co-authored scientific publications in national and international journals and conferences. She also serves as a peer reviewer for international scientific journals, contributing to the evaluation and dissemination of high-quality research.
Her current interests include AI-assisted learning, software development methodologies, inclusive technologies, cybersecurity, and the application of intelligent systems to solve real-world educational and industrial challenges.
