Nancy Pérez Castro holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence by the Artificial Intelligence Research Center (today Artificial Intelligence Researches Institute) at the University of Veracruz. In 2013, she received an MSc degree in Applied Computing from the National Advanced Computing Laboratory (LANIA) in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems from the University of Veracruz in 2009. Currently, she is a titular research-professor in the Computer Engineering career at the University of Papaloapan campus Loma Bonita, Oaxaca.
