Dr. Olivia Denisse Mejia Victoria earned a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from the International University of Cuernavaca, Morelos; a Master's degree in Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Faculty of Administrative and Social Sciences, Ensenada Campus, of the Autonomous University of Baja California; and a Doctorate in Global Development Studies from the Faculty of Economics and International Relations, Tijuana Campus, of the Autonomous University of Baja California. She also holds a diploma in Collegiate Learning Assessment.
She is a candidate for the National System of Researchers (SNI), certified by CONOCER in the competency standard for delivering in-person group training courses for human capital development. She also holds an Academic Certification in International Business from ANFECA.
She is currently a member of the Academic Network of International Trade and Business (RACNI) and the Ibero-American Network for Research in Communication, Politics, and Society (RIICOPS).
Her research interests include innovation in educational, business, and customs management.
