My academic interests are focused on understanding how can I transfer my tacit
knowledge (is the knowledge that is difficult to write down, visualize or transfer from one
person to another) to my students; such as experience, intuition, leadership, emotional
intelligence, etc.
My research interest is focused on modeling and building Mechatronics systems to solve
real-life problems, achieving its transfer of technology. Nanometric technology for integrated
circuit fabrication much remains to be understood, transistor parameters and its
electrical/thermal behavior are affected due to transistor channel scaling down. I seek
general techniques that enable us to study/model/characterize/design mixed circuits,
systems and devices for nanometric technologies. 4.0 industry, IoT and Artificial Intelligence
are my new research area.
Currently, I am extending and applying these representations to mixed-signal processing
circuits for nanoelectronics, bio-medical instruments, readout circuits for transducers,
design and modeling of sensors, and high speed ADCs.
