Dedicado durante las últimas tres décadas al campo del conocimiento sobre el Aprendizaje mediado por Tecnologías, recientemente ha dirigido de forma multidisciplinaria e interinstitucional un proyecto de formación docente y práctica escolar en competencia digital, diseño y producción de Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA). Financiado por la Agencia Nacional de Investigación e Innovación (ANII), la Fundación Ceibal de Uruguay y el Centro Internacional de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo (IDRC) de Canadá.
Dedicated for the past three decades to the field of Technology-mediated Learning, he recently led a multidisciplinary and interinstitutional teacher training and school practice project in digital competence and the design and production of Open Educational Resources (OER). Funded by the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII), the Ceibal Foundation of Uruguay, and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) of Canada.
