VARGAS CHABLE, PEDRO

He studied electrical and electronic engineering at the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco (UJAT) in 2008. From 2009 to 2012 he was a signatory and specialist in evaluations of lighting conditions and non-ionizing radiation by the NOM 025 and 013 of the STPS, respectively, in the company Tecnología del Ambiente S. A de C. V. He obtained a Master's and PhD in Engineering and Applied Sciences from the CIICAp at the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM), 2014 and 2019. He has two patent titles and one application under evaluation. He has been a part of 30 scientific publications and serves as a reviewer for international journals such as Micromachines, Energies, Sensors, Symmetry, Applied Sciences, and Fluids of MDPI, as well as SN Applied Sciences of Springer Nature and the journal Microelectronic Engineering of Elsevier. He has a degree and two patent applications, is co-author of the book Introduction to the Analysis and Design of Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) and is a member of SNI level 1. He is currently an honorary and part-time professor at CIICAp and the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and Engineering of the UAEM, respectively. His research work has focused on the design, modeling, and simulation of microactuators, microgrippers, accelerometers, and RF MEMS devices using Finite Element Analysis, as well as the development of patch antennas for biomedical applications.
